If your order is damaged in shipment please contact us immediately. We will replace the defective items. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization so please call us at 432-362-5879 for authorization.   Once a Custom Order has been approved by the customer there is no return for custom orders. All custom orders will be approved by the customer before the order is filled.  The custom orders will not be filled until we have the complete and total approval by the customer.   SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS   In the recent months we have noticed a substantial increase in the shipping charges with UPS. They have started adding a fuel surcharge to each package to help them cover the cost of the gas. Well they must be buying jet fuel because the increase in shipping charges has been enormous. From now on we will be mostly using the United States Postal Service. We can get your packages there just as fast and for a little bit cheaper price.  If you want to have your package delivered by UPS and not the Postal Service please call us and let us know.   SHIPPING CHARGES ON ALL ORDERS OVER  $250.00  WILL NOT BE ASSESSED UNTIL THE ORDER IS SHIPPED DUE TO THE WEIGHT OF THE PACKAGES.
